MTV EMA 2006 | Red Hot Chili Peppers novamente favoritos

Depois de não terem recebido nenhum prémio na edição deste ano dos MTV Video Music Awards, os californianos Red Hot Chili Peppers voltam a ser os candidatos favoritos aos próximos prémios MTV, os Europe Music Awards. Com quatro nomeações (melhor álbum, melhor grupo, melhor número rock e melhor canção), a banda concorre com Christina Aguilera (3 nomeações), Madonna (3) e Nelly Furtado (3) numa das categorias principais, a de melhor álbum. A cerimónia de entrega dos prémios realiza-se a 2 de Novembro em Copenhaga (Dinamarca) e vai ser apresentada por Justin Timberlake.

The Red Hot Chili Peppers top the nominations for 13th annual MTV Europe Music Awards, which will take place Nov. 2 in Copenhagen. The rock act is up for four awards, including best rock act and best group, while its "Stadium Arcadium" is up for best album, and the single "Dani California" is up for best song.
